ATTENTIE
Hierbij informeert de luchtvaartdienst u alsvolgt:
Bij gebruikmaking van het Surinaams luchtruim, waarbij er geen toestemming vooraf is verleend, wordt er ingaande 15 september 2018 een boeteclausule ingesteld van $150 (150 Amerikaanse Dollars). Deze mededeling geldt zowel voor het landen als overvliegen.
Voor private flights, zal de pilot aansprakelijk gesteld worden. Voor de landingen, zal de afhandelaar aansprakelijk gesteld worden en bij overflights zal de luchtvaartmaatschappij aansprakkelijk gesteld worden.
Voor private flights zal de piloot zich bij aankomst in Suriname, moeten aanmelden bij de AIS (Aeronautical Information Service) op JAP airport (SMJP) om het (landings) formulier in te vullen en de boeteclausule te tekenen. De boete zal samen met de invoice worden opgestuurd voor de luchtvaartmaatschappij/ piloot.
Bij overflights, zal er in overleg met de pilot in command de boete samen met de invoice worden gestuurd voor de luchtvaartmaatschappij.
Bij de landing zal de boeteclausule getekend moeten worden door de afhandelaar.
Zolang niet voldaan is aan het bovenvermelde zal het luchtvaartuig geen toestemming krijgen om te vertrekken. Bij overvliegers zullen er maatregelen getroffen worden.

Starting from September 15th, 2018, The Civil Aviation Department Suriname informs that:
When using the Surinamese airspace, where no prior permission was granted, a fine clause of $ 150 (150 US Dollars) will be imposed. This announcement applies to both landing and over flight.
For private flights, the pilot will be held liable. For the landings, the handling agent will be held liable and the airline will be held liable for over flights.
For private flights, the pilot in command must register at the AIS (Aeronautical Information Service) at JAP airport (SMJP) on arrival in Suriname to complete the (landing) form and sign the penalty clause. The fine will be sent together with the invoice for the airline / pilot.
In case of over flights, in consultation with the pilot in command the penalty will be sent together with the invoice for the airline company.
Upon landing, the penalty clause must be signed by the handling agent.
As long as the abovementioned has not been completed, the aircraft will not be allowed to depart.
